Deborah Lund
Deb Lund is the Executive Director of The GOOD Fund (TGF), part of the HM3 Independence Fund Partners Group, working to provide supporting opportunities to individuals and communities through education, training, financing, improved wellness, the fostering of secure environments through partnerships with other caring organizations. Prior to leading efforts for TGF, Deb was Executive Director for the Pine-Richland Opportunities Fund (PROF), providing educational opportunities for staff and students of the Pine-Richland School District.
Her passion for her community came from many years of involvement with school-based booster activities and organizations as well as an appreciation for unsung hero-educators. Her background in corporate marketing communications, management and education provides a unique lens into community needs and creating opportunities to bring people and organizations together.
Deb received her BS in Elementary Education from York College and is a Certified Education Foundation Leader through the National Association of Education Foundations and National University.
Eric Giesecke
Eric Giesecke is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of WesBanco Bank Inc., a $17 billion diversified financial services organization with operations and offices in eight states. Eric was recruited to WesBanco to build a modern marketing discipline to help drive impactful and measurable financial outcomes at the company. Prior to his current role, he had a successful career at National City Bank and PNC Bank as a corporate banker, project leader, marketing strategist and manager, and Head of Marketing for Corporate & Institutional Banking.
In addition to leading the marketing function at WesBanco, Eric is also a member of the company’s executive management committee. His marketing team develops multi-channel plans that align with corporate strategic goals and help drive success in the company’s various business lines. Eric’s team is also responsible for marketing and sales technology and the customer experience. Eric is the past President and Trustee of the Pine-Richland Opportunities Fund and the current President of The GOOD Fund.
Eric received his MBA in marketing from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

It was created for the benefit of community organizations, groups, and individuals involved in the advancement of causes honoring and supporting our Country, our Communities, and Caring for others less fortunate.
